Continuing Education
Like every industry ours is constantly changing and we need to constantly continue to sharpen our saw. As Realtors we are required to have 30 hours of continuing education every two years but I always exceed the requirement, because I like to be on the cutting edge. I check out new education opportunities and apply the areas I believe will assist my clients and my business. Not everthing is a good idea, but if you don't check them out you can miss the pearls of great price!
